Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager specializing in Government and Private Sales. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include engaging with government and private sector clients, preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Location: Delhi Education: Preferably Masters in Business / Bachelors in Engineering with understanding of technology (Telecom / IT / Industrial Automation / Security & Surveillance ) Experience Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 10+ years in field sales & business development in Security Surveillance / Office Automation / Telecom / IT. Prior experience in the wireless communication/telecom industry is a plus Experience in managing entire deal life cycle as an account manager Experience in evangelising and creating demand for newer technologies/solutions Skills: Strong understanding of Government and Private sector sales processes and market dynamics Ability to engage key stakeholders across the hierarchy - decision makers & influencers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in market research and data analysis Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to travel as required
