Stay updated on competitor offerings, identifying strengths and weaknesses to effectively differentiate the companys storage solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to craft detailed proposals including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation timelines. Possess in-depth knowledge of various storage technologies like SAN, NAS, DAS, object storage, cloud storage, data deduplication, and data compression. Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales cycle, answering questions, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating technical discussions. Establish strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their needs and act as a trusted advisor. What you will bring to the team: Expertise in storage protocols like Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS Understanding of storage area networks (SAN), network attached storage (NAS) Knowledge of data protection strategies (snapshots, replication, backup) Familiarity with major storage and backup vendors (Dell, HPe , NetApp, Hitachi Vantara, Comvault, Veeam and Veritas ) in terms of portal activities, targets and certifications etc. Experience with storage sizing tools and performance analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team Attend OEM trainings and enable sales teams.
