About the Role We are looking for a Social Media Marketing & PR Specialist to manage our digital presence, create high-quality content, run impactful campaigns, and strengthen our brand visibility through PR. If you are creative, results-driven, and passionate about growing brands online, we’d love to hear from you. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Content Creation & Management • Create engaging content (copy, graphics, reels, videos, blogs) tailored for multiple social platforms. • Plan, schedule, and manage posts for consistent brand storytelling. • Social Media Marketing • Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and strengthen brand identity. • Run paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to drive awareness and conversions. • Track and analyze performance, optimizing campaigns for results. • Public Relations • Build and execute PR strategies to improve brand reputation and visibility. • Draft press releases, conduct outreach, and maintain strong media/influencer relations. • Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation. • SEO (Bonus Skill) • Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve rankings. • Support blog and website strategy for organic growth. ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience in social media marketing and PR. • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation (posts, campaigns, graphics, or writing). • Familiarity with ad platforms, analytics, and social media tools. • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. • Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus. ⸻ Compensation This role offers a fixed budget of ₹20,000 per month (remote freelance).
