Over 300 families are already residing happily at Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, setting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong experience in sales management and leadership Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the Noida region, is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
