What You'll Do:· 1:- Provide top-notch support for Tally users, helping them navigate through their accounting challenges. 2:- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via Inbound calls. 3:- Collaborate with our tech team to improve Tally based on customer feedback. 4:- Keep our knowledge base updated with new solutions and tips.
