You will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations in compliance with company SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines. Your role will involve overseeing the accurate and compliant handling, storage, and distribution of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. This includes supervising receipt, unloading, verification, and de-dusting of materials, monitoring temperature and humidity, maintaining proper housekeeping, and handling equipment properly. Your essential functions will include overseeing the receipt, unloading, de-dusting, and weight verification of raw materials and packaging materials. You will manage the storage and handling of these materials according to SOPs, operate and calibrate weighing balances, monitor temperature and humidity, handle material labeling activities, ensure proper housekeeping, and manage the cleaning of dispensing and sampling rooms. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing raw materials due for retesting, rejected materials, hazardous materials, finished goods, and returned goods. You will also need to dispense and issue raw materials and packing materials in alignment with SOPs. It is important for you to ensure compliance during internal and external audits such as GMP, FDA, ISO, and WHO. Coordination with quality, production, engineering, and dispatch teams will be necessary to ensure smooth and safe warehouse operations. You will coordinate with QA for material status clearance and release procedures. In terms of skills, you should have a strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and warehouse SOPs within a pharmaceutical/API environment. Familiarity with regulatory requirements from FDA, WHO, and ISO, as well as audit compliance, is essential. Proficiency in handling warehouse operations, including raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and hazardous materials, is required. Experience in operating and calibrating weighing balances, as well as monitoring environmental parameters like temperature and humidity, will be beneficial. Hands-on experience in dispensing and sampling operations in cleanroom environments is also desirable.
