Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and design-savvy Sampling Merchandiser to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing premium menswear pieces that represent the Hamptons style. The candidate will manage the entire sampling process, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and consistency with brand standards. The position involves coordination with fabric vendors, embroidery operators, and internal teams to bring each design to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop samples that align with the Hamptons brand style and aesthetic
• Source fabrics by coordinating with reliable fabric vendors
• Work closely with embroidery operators for accurate execution of sampling
• Manage the full sampling cycle from fabric sourcing to embroidery and final finishing
• Ensure timely completion of samples with attention to quality and detail

Requirements:

• Strong sense of design, detailing, and fashion trends
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with vendors and production teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Passionate about menswear and premium fashion
