About The Role Support the execution of the production, coordinating the line team in operational activities as outlined below: Overall responsibility of people safety while ensuring the production requirement ensuring the presence of production factors on the shift Optimized production output with desired quality Co-ordination with other related departments Main Responsibilities Production Oversight: Liable for all production phases within assigned shift. Monitors production progress against KPIs (SQCDME). Ensures optimal utilization of resources (materials, labor, machinery). Manages line interruptions and slowdowns. Conducts shift start-up and line preparation. Carries out production statement at shift end. Team Leadership Leads and motivates shift team. Resolves team conflicts. Safety & Quality Ensures adherence to all safety and hygiene standards. Conducts safety training and inspections. Monitors product quality through operator self-checks and sampling. We are looking for a Plant Manager who can lead our manufacturing and packaging operations with excellence in productivity, quality, safety, compliance, and technology integration Knowledge of Quality & Food safety management systems. Assist in building new products and new range of products Roles & Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with organizational goals. 2. Perform in-process and post-process quality checks across raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Ensure batch-wise sampling and testing based on defined QC protocols. 3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma. 4. Maintain and update quality records, batch records, inspection reports, and traceability logs. Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, BRC, FSSAI, and organic certification documentation norms. 5. Monitor the strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across production and packaging units. Ensure hygiene, GMP, and GHP practices are followed on the floor. 6.
