Work closely with factories to ensure the product meets style and quality expectations from tech pack receipt to bulk production. Check size-set samples, identify issues early, and inform customers about necessary changes. Guide factories to meet buyer requirements and recommend suitable GSM fabrics and trims. Attend Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) at factories to offer technical solutions for production-friendly styles. Provide process improvement suggestions to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Document all technical issues and solutions provided to factories, ensuring customer approval before implementation. Plan and conduct visits to factories during sampling and production phases for meetings and technical support. Approve First Bulk Approval (FBA) and packing in alignment with customer requirements. Verify fabric and garment package tests (FPT and GPT), ensuring corrective actions like shrinkage allowances are addressed. Coordinate daily with Quality Engineers (QEs) to resolve technical issues at factory level. Prepare and submit weekly reports to the HOD on factory visits, issues identified, and solutions provided.
