The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, workmanship, and processes meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC plan as per contract and specifications. Monitor all construction activities to ensure quality compliance at each stage (earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, structures, etc.). Supervise laboratory and field testing of materials (soil, aggregates, bitumen, concrete, etc.). Ensure calibration of testing equipment and proper record keeping.
