Making MIS report of quality department on daily basis. Conducting Product & Process Audit to reduce Non-Compliance & achieve Customer Satisfaction. Maintained the QMS document & implement on floor. Prepared PFC & MCP ( From incoming to Packing) of All style. Conducting Internal Pre Production Meeting For Every new Style With Internal Quality & Production Team. Conduction External Pre Production Meeting Such as-Line Review Meeting, Toll gate And TPR Meeting With Buyers PSQA Team And discussed All Manufacturing Process( From incoming to Packing) And Analysis Risk Assessment. To ensure that Products Meet the Quality Requirements. Quality issue handling daily & satisfy internal customer with effective solution. Attending rejection meeting daily and analysis of components Helping out With the Training Of New Employees. Responsible to First & Last Piece approval.. Quality check (QC) of Furniture Carpentry, Polishing and upholstery. Takes care of working process and planning for dispatch. Handling Packaging and transportation for delivery. Scheduling Dispatches and manage team for Installation. Project & Work force planning for better execution. Outsourcing / Vendor management. Monitoring of overall production at every stage. Managing the production as per scheduled. Planning of materials for next week projects. Drawing follow-up from design department to meet the production schedule. Regular Follow-ups with workers and motivate them to do the best of their job. Good knowledge of sheet metal, Wood, Paints, Modular furniture, Fabrication, Glass, Acrylics, MDF, Upholstery etc. Visual & Dimensional Inspection All Export and in house Items before Pecking. Analyzing root cause of defects if any and giving the solution for the very purpose. Monitoring and examining at each stage of quality i.e., incoming, inline and PDI. To Coordinate with client for QC schedule. To Coordinate during the project installation (on site PAN India) To ensure that the final product out for dispatch is being manufactured as per the Specifications given by the customer and is duly verified from PO. Onsite final inspection after installation. After sales services and complaint handling. Performing 5S. To ensure that each product is having a quality sticker indicating that it is being checked and passed quality norms. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site. Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities. Candidate must have good knowledge in testing the Raw material, Semi Finish Goods & Packing Material. Candidate having experience in AAC Blocks will be added advantage. Must Maintain the Quality of Product as per the Standards. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations. Needs to operate the equipment & have to prepare the lab batches according. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
