Role & responsibilities - Perform timely and accurate sample collection from patients' homes, clinics, and OCC (Online Collection Centres). Ensure clinics/OCC eMedic locations are opened on time and are operational as per schedule. Coordinate with riders to ensure timely pickup and transportation of samples from clinics/OCC to the assigned hubs. Adhere strictly to SOPs for the collection of blood and COVID-19 samples. Maintain the cold chain (2C to 8C) during the entire sample handling and transportation process. Effectively manage inventory: For home collections: collect materials from hubs, use responsibly, and maintain usage records. For clinics/OCC: monitor inventory levels in real-time and raise restocking requests as needed. Follow biomedical waste disposal protocols in all environmentshome collection, clinics, and OCC. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient interaction at all times.
