We are looking for a suitable candidate for managing our day-to-day financial operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Tally Prime. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Assisting in tax returns and other statutory filings. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Apprehend the closing Journals (like Accruals, Prepayment, Provisions, Payroll). Manage documentation, including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with clients. Key Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally Prime and other financial analysis tools.
