Job Summary:We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and contribute to the customer outreach and lead generation process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, introducing the company's products/services, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly to customers. Answer queries and provide information about products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline. Record customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales representatives (if applicable). Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality. Required Skills and Qualifications:0–2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar customer interaction role. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong listening and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional languages as required].
