Proposal Specialist - US Federal Government Contracting (Govt contracting - research and business development + Bid management / proposals writing) Location : Bangalore (Remote) Timings: NightShift, must be willing to work in US Eastern time zone (6 PM to 3 AM IST). Fulltime Job description Employvision is looking for Federal Proposal Writers having sound knowledge of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, Capture management, and dealing with US Federal government contracting. USA Federal/State/County and Commercial clients experience is a must. Experience in Bid Management, Capture management responding to RFP and other presales activities. Anchoring responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a SPOC for timely submission. Proactively identify and propose improvements or innovations to services, product functionality or processes. Prepare customer/vertical-specific sales collaterals (Capability presentations, case studies, solution documents, white papers etc.) by working closely with the respective practice teams. Assists the sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans. Must-Haves: 5+ years of relevant (Pre-Sales & Proposal Writing) experience in an IT services / staffing company. Understanding of US Federal government, SLED contracting Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of End-to-End sales life cycle. End to End handling of Capture management, lead generation & Bid Management. Good presentation skills, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, case studies, marketing collateral etc. Ability to navigate and get the required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution/proposal. Should be well versed with US Federal government contracting - Contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform & IDIQs. Capture & Bid Management using various portals such SAM.GOV, GovTribe, GovWIN, FedConnect & GSA and FPDS. End to End handling of Capture management, lead generation, and Bid Management.
