We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Developer to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN). Senior ServiceNow ITAM Process Architect NTT DATA is looking for an exceptional Senior ServiceNow Process Architect to add to our Business Process Consulting organization. You’ll be responsible for setting the stage for our engagements by partnering with our clients to serve as a trusted advisor. You’ll work as part of the project leadership team to help define the client’s ServiceNow transformation through gathering requirements aligned with process and platform best practices. You will have the opportunity to continue to grow and expand your consulting, collaboration, and communication skills by leading client and internal meetings. You will use your knowledge and creativity to create dynamic collateral in the form of client workshop presentations and process workflows, as well as delivery tools, aids, marketing, and training materials used for our clients. Our Business Process team has ample opportunity for growth and a strong emphasis on continual improvement. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITAM 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements, specifically related to ITAM Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Foundations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification ServiceNow additional practice areas such as SPM, HSRD, CSM, ITSM, SAM, ITBM, ITOM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc. preferred but not required.
