Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist located in Noida. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for bid processes, tender management, bid preparation, proposal writing, and effective communication within the organization. Qualifications Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation skills Proposal Writing and Communication skills Experience in managing tender processes and writing proposals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of the security and surveillance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Familiarity of GeM Portal is a must
