and advantagesThe candidate Job Description Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Asset Management Domain. Strong knowledge on Software discovery/Software inventory. Experience in analyzing the discovery data. Strong Licensing Knowledge on End user Applications & Server products Good Understanding on Microsoft, Adobe, VMWare. Capable of Reading Software Contracts, update, track and maintain. Basic Understanding of HAM & CMDB. Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Application, database, and operating System) Should be very strong on Microsoft Excel and creating Dashboard. Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Customer Handling skills. Candidate should be ready to travel onsite for any project-specific requirement. Below Skills are added Advantage. Experience of working in Industry leading SAM tools like Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow and Software Discovery tools such as BMC ADDM & SCCM. Prefer to have ITIL Foundation Certified. ITSM tools knowledge (ServiceNow & BMC Remedy) on handling Service Request & Change Request. Certifications (Preferred): Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) ITIL Foundation
