Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head – Laboratory & Quality Testing to oversee all aspects of our product and materials testing operations. You will lead the testing of metal components used in home dcor, manage laboratory processes, ensure standards compliance, and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all laboratory activities, including metal testing , salt spray corrosion testing , mechanical properties evaluation (e.g., hardness, strength), and material qualification for home dcor components. Design, implement, and supervise testing protocols in line with standards such as ASTM B117 , ISO 9227 , and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements. Oversee documentation, calibration of lab instruments, equipment maintenance, and safe lab operations. Conduct failure analysis, suggest corrective actions, and support rootcause investigations as needed. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Master's degree or higher in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Experience: 10+ years of laboratory leadership in industrial or product testing environments, preferably with home dcor or consumer metal products. Proven expertise in corrosion testing (salt spray), mechanical testing, and hands-on knowledge of lab accreditation like ISO 17025 / NABL.
