Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Claims Manager to manage and optimize our reimbursement process across FBA, shipment discrepancies, and lost/damaged inventory on the Amazon USA marketplace . The ideal candidate is well-versed with Amazon Seller Central, understands operational loopholes, and can independently raise, track, and close claims to recover revenue efficiently. Responsibilities Monitor daily reports and reconcile shipments, returns, and inventory discrepancies. File and follow up on FBA reimbursements for: Lost or damaged inventory, Shipment shortages or overages, Overcharged fees, Customer returns not received or refunded incorrectly Maintain claim tracker with current statuses and timelines. Coordinate with internal warehouse or prep teams to provide supporting documents. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and avoid claim denials or account health issues. Audit historical data for missed reimbursements or unresolved claims. Liaise with Amazon support through Seller Central and create compelling case narratives. Qualifications Proven experience (2–3 years minimum) managing Amazon FBA claims and reimbursements Strong understanding of Amazon's policies and reimbursement workflows Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Excel / Google Sheets Excellent written communication skills to craft persuasive claims and follow-ups Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines Experience with flat files or inventory reconciliation tools is a plus
