TESCRA India is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position focuses on selling our software product. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of TESCRA India. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our software product. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
