We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2C Marketing and Sales Executive to drive our paint products' market presence and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of consumer behavior, marketing strategies, and sales techniques specifically tailored to the paint and coatings industry. This role involves building brand awareness, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the retail and consumer segments. Role & responsibilities : Develop and execute B2C marketing campaigns tailored for the paint sector, focusing on product launches, promotions, and seasonal offers. Identify and target potential customer segments including retail consumers, contractors, and small businesses. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct customers. Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical support to customers and sales teams. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers within company guidelines
