Salon Assistant (Female)

You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing salon staff, and driving business growth. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the successful candidate should have prior experience working with salons.

Responsibilities:

● Salon Operations: Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling appointments,

managing staff, and overseeing salon maintenance and cleanliness.

● Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service, addressing

their needs and concerns promptly to guarantee a positive salon experience.

● Staff Management: Lead and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, colorists, and support staff, to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

● Training and Development: Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of salon staff, keeping them updated on the latest hair care trends and techniques.

● Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for salon staff, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.

● Inventory Management: Manage salon inventory, including hair care products and salon equipment, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimal wastage.

● Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events that drive footfall and boost salon revenue.

● Financial Management: Prepare and manage salon budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.

● Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, within the salon premises.

● Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and proactively seek feedback to improve salon services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
