Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Maintain a clear understanding of the CEO's priorities and proactively schedule time accordingly. Prepare detailed agendas and briefing materials for meetings. Confirm appointments and manage cancellations with professionalism and discretion. Communication & Correspondence: Screen incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Draft and edit professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations. Manage the CEO's inbox, prioritizing messages and tasks. Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely responses. Administrative Support: Organize and maintain the CEO's office filing system. Research and provide reports on relevant industry trends and competitor activity. Order office supplies and manage petty cash. Maintain a professional and organized work environment for the CEO. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with managing the CEO's & company's online presence. Proactively identify and anticipate the CEO's needs and offer solutions. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role. Stay up-to-date on company developments and industry news. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO. Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and billing software. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
