Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Salim Associates Contracting LLC Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Salim Associates Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful execution of our construction and contracting projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction activities as per project timelines. Review drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical clarifications and project progress. Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety, and adherence to standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight potential delays or issues. Support the Project Manager in resource planning, material approvals, and procurement follow-ups. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, and other authority requirements. Resolve technical challenges and propose practical site solutions. Maintain documentation, method statements, checklists, and QA/QC records. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Project/Site Engineer in UAE (contracting background preferred). Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
