We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Geepas Consumer Electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the consumer electronics or related industry, with a passion for achieving targets, building customer relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets across assigned regions and channels. - Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to improve market share and brand presence. - Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and retail network to ensure market penetration and product availability. - Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to deliver strong performance and achieve sales objectives. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. - Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance metrics. Key Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven sales experience in consumer electronics or a closely related industry. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Deep understanding of sales principles and customer behavior in the consumer electronics segment. - Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software/tools.
