Salesperson/Billing Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Salesman/Billing Executive for our electrical items shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing product information, and completing sales transactions. Additionally, they will handle billing, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and selection.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions and handle billing using POS systems.
• Maintain accurate stock and sales records.
• Manage product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales and billing (preferably in an electrical or hardware store).
• Basic computer and billing software skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
