As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Barclays, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in the digital landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. The Salesforce COE Team, established to support Corporate Banking, Barclaycard, and Business Banking colleagues, provides user support, project management, CRM adoption, and ad-hoc analytics across the three Salesforce business segments. You will be accountable for end-to-end support administration of Barclays Salesforce CRM in the UK and international markets. Your duties will include stakeholder management, incident management, project deliveries for new features and enhancements, data mining, running queries, creating extensive reports and dashboards using lightning & Analytics, and developing process-oriented presentations. Taking the lead on new initiatives and ensuring end-to-end deliverability will also be part of your role. You will initiate, formulate, and present recommendations based on analysis to influence decisions made by Project Management, the Salesforce Global Practice, and stakeholders. Regularly reporting progress on work streams to the project manager and key stakeholders is a key aspect of this position. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-3 years of prior experience in Salesforce.com technologies, an understanding of the Salesforce security model and configuration changes, and be a certified Salesforce Administrator. Additional valued skills may include project management skills and an understanding of the Salesforce data model. Your assessment may focus on essential skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills. The job location for this role is Gurugram. Purpose of the role: The purpose of this role is to build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products supporting applications and data systems, utilizing hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response. Accountabilities: 1. Build Engineering: Developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. 2. Incident Management: Monitoring IT infrastructure and system performance to identify, address, and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages. 3. Automation: Implementing automated tasks and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 4. Security: Implementing secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks and other security threats. 5. Teamwork: Collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineers to define infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. 6. Learning: Staying informed about industry technology trends and contributing to the organization's technology communities to promote technical excellence and growth.
