Job Description: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for working on and developing Salesforce projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development. You must hold a B.Tech or equivalent IT Degree and possess expertise in the USA Capital Market or Financial domain. Your responsibilities will include utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with a deep technical understanding of Salesforce flows, UI screen creation, and architecture. Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations is required, as well as proficiency in developing custom applications within the Salesforce environment. Requirements include being available to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days per week, immediate availability to join, and willingness to work in USA shift timings. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The position is based in Noida with a hybrid work model and requires attendance at meetings as per USA time. The notice period for this permanent position is 0-15 days. Please note that the candidate must be located in Delhi NCR.
