Overview : Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies Will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business Will be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform Will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements. The candidate must be eager to learn multiple admins and other CRMs as well.
