Salesforce Vlocity/Omni studio Tech Lead

As a candidate with over 10 years of Vlocity experience, you will play a crucial role in developing Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors - Developing and maintaining high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic for implementing complex business processes - Creating scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio - Providing technical leadership to development teams by conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices - Collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture - Leading integration implementation with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors - Owning technical delivery timelines and closely coordinating with project managers, QA, and DevOps - Ensuring adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines - Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure secure and high-performance solutions - Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers within the team Additionally, good communication skills and Vlocity certification are essential for this role.
