Required Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, and customization. Design and develop engaging, consistent, and accessible user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Flow. Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) and customizing community templates. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Apply UX best practices to Salesforce apps, ensuring intuitive workflows and seamless user experiences across devices. Ability to translate design mockups into functional Salesforce components. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Customize and style Salesforce Lightning pages using CSS, SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Design System), and HTML5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements in a healthcare setting. Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Salesforce Platform Developer I or JavaScript Developer I Certification – Mandatory Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and Salesforce developers to gather and translate UI/UX requirements into functional designs. Follow Agile development processes, and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and demos. Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform limits, accessibility standards, and enterprise branding guidelines. Experience integrating ReactJS components within Salesforce Experience Cloud sites – Not mandatory but great if has.
