Salesforce Testing Lead

As a Salesforce Cloud Lead, your role will involve leading, designing, and writing automated scripts for functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing using TOSCA. You will initially work on manual testing to understand application nuances and later focus on automation framework development and maintenance. It is essential to have prior experience in API automation with TOSCA, and mobile automation skills with TOSCA are desirable. Being flexible with US overlap timings extending to IST late nights is required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing peer reviews and ensuring deliverables are completed thoroughly - Testing software, web applications, and applications against system requirements, including strong knowledge in REST API testing - Collaborating with internal and external design/test teams to identify and address problems - Formulating test strategies, preparing test cases, and documenting identified problems in detail - Producing periodic status reports and operational reports - Investigating and analyzing issues, distinguishing between application problems and automation script failures In addition to the above, your responsibilities will also involve: - Automatically collecting leads from various sources and assessing them based on specific criteria - Distributing leads to appropriate sales representatives using automated rules - Engaging with leads through personalized communication to move them through the sales funnel - Converting qualified leads into opportunities, accounts, and contacts within Salesforce Qualifications required for this role include: - Implementing test automation using TOSCA automation tool - Proficiency in API testing - Strong analytical and communication skills - Passion for maintaining high quality in testing and identifying issues in the application under test - Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies - Experience with Agile Development Lifecycle - TOSCA Certifications AS1 and AS2 are mandatory, and other advanced certifications are preferred Key Skill: - Experience in performing POCs in TOSCA - Knowledge of Databases, especially SQL Please note that the position is permanent, with a work location in Chennai/Bangalore, and the shift timing is from 4 pm to 1 am. The budget for this role is 21Lpa, and the notice period required is immediate to 15 days.,
