Salesforce Technical Architect - Service Cloud

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership role focused on designing scalable solutions, guiding technical teams, and partnering with clients to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation through Salesforce technologies.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.- Oversee system integration, custom development, and data migration efforts.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and system performance.- Conduct architecture reviews and provide strategic recommendations to improve platform usage.- Engage in solution workshops, client meetings, and presentations.- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and new features to continually enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 8+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.- At least 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architect role.- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementation and optimization.- Strong background in solution architecture, system design, and integration patterns.- Experience in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.- Deep understanding of business process optimization and Salesforce best practices.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
