Salesforce (Service Cloud & Financial Services Cloud) - Developer / Technical Lead

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Valtech, you will play a key role in driving the design, architecture, and delivery of Service Cloud solutions within a Financial Services Cloud (FSC) instance. You will lead development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business needs and industry standards. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to ensure technical excellence in Salesforce Service Cloud. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators working on Service Cloud in FSC - Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans - Provide technical ownership of Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Entitlements - Define best practices for Service Cloud development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs - Architect and optimize solutions leveraging FSC data objects like Person Accounts, Households, and Financial Accounts - Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote reusable components - Advise business stakeholders on Service Cloud capabilities and FSC-specific enhancements - Stay updated with Salesforce roadmap, new releases, and financial services accelerators **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in a Lead/Technical Lead role - Proven expertise in Service Cloud implementations and strong experience with the Financial Services Cloud data model - Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and API development - Experience with integration architectures, Salesforce security, data model design, and performance optimization - Certifications preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional **Additional Details:** Valtech is committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels supported to grow and thrive.
