We are seeking an experienced SFCC Lightning Lead to join our team. As an SFCC Lead, he/she will translate the business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications. The technical lead will also play an active role in the identification and creation of all necessary documentation. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to gather requirements, implement customizations, and deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities Developing and customizing Lightning components using Aura or Lightning Web Components (LWC) Writing Apex code for custom business logic and database operations Integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs Implementing Salesforce security and access controls for data protection Creating and customizing Salesforce Lightning pages and user interfaces using Lightning App Builder and Visualforce Testing and debugging Salesforce code to ensure high-quality and bug-free solutions Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business needs Primary Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing applications, solutions, and features using Salesforce technology. At least 3+ years of experience in Lightning development and 2+ years of experience as a lead Deep understanding of Salesforce, including its architecture, data model, security model, and customization options Build custom components that can be used across multiple applications, such as custom pages, interfaces, and dashboards. These components leverage Lightning Web Components, which allow for faster development and increased scalability They must create integrations between different systems, platforms, and applications using Salesforce's API. This involves writing custom code in Apex and working with web services such as REST and SOAP. Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to write clean, concise, and well-documented code Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
