Role Overview: You should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development. In this role based in Chennai (OMR), which offers a Hybrid/In-Office work mode, you will be working as a Salesforce Senior Developer. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Components. It is crucial to customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud based on business requirements and integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements is essential. You will also be expected to lead best practices in Salesforce development, conduct code quality reviews, mentor junior developers, and resolve production issues promptly. Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation is a key part of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Components - Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud based on business requirements - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements - Lead best practices in Salesforce development - Conduct code quality reviews - Mentor junior developers - Resolve production issues promptly - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of Salesforce development experience - Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC - Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules - Experience in integrations via REST/SOAP APIs - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required - Platform Developer II or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred Note: This position is Contract-to-Hire with a contract length of 6 months.
