As a Quality Engineer 3 at MongoDB, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce-based applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts, contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans/test cases. - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. - Perform regression testing to ensure application stability. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues. - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, both manual and automated. - Implement and manage test data management processes. - Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance the CI/CD pipeline. - Monitor and report on test coverage and quality metrics. - Lead defect triage meetings and prioritize defect resolution. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and results. - Provide training and support to team members on best practices for test automation. - Advocate for quality and champion initiatives to improve the development and release process. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve the QA process. - Evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies. **Minimum Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - 6+ years of Salesforce Testing Experience. - 3+ years of Test Automation experience, Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver. - Proficiency in Python or Java for writing and maintaining test scripts. - Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber). - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Knowledge of systems architecture and ability to design scalable solutions. - Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce. - Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. - Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications.
