Job Description

Perficient India is looking for Salesforce QA to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Test Planning and Design:Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and user stories
Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications
Identify test data requirements and develop or acquire suitable data sets for testing
Define test objectives, test scope, and success criteria for each testing phase or cycle
Test Execution and Defect Management:Execute test cases and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality, integration, and customizations
Conduct both manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough coverage of test scenarios
Record and track defects or issues using defect tracking tools, such as JIRA or Salesforce's own defect tracking system
