Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong experience in manual testing, UI testing, and API testing for web-based applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and a solid understanding of the lending/financial domain. Experience with automation using Playwright is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements. Perform thorough UI testing across different browsers and devices to ensure visual consistency and usability. Conduct comprehensive API testing using tools like Postman. Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure complete coverage of business scenarios. • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot defects, document findings, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and manage test documentation including test cases, test scripts, test data, and test summary reports. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide QA estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Validate integrations and workflows in Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with business processes and data consistency. Understand and test features and workflows aligned to the lending domain, including loan origination, processing, and servicing. If required, support the automation team by contributing to or maintaining scripts using Playwright Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing for web-based applications. Strong knowledge of UI testing principles and techniques. Proficient in API testing and understanding of RESTful services. Solid working experience with Salesforce CRM (functional understanding; admin or QAside testing). Exposure to the lending or financial services domain with strong understanding of related workflows and terminology. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman. Excellent analytical and communication skills Good to Have: • Experience in writing and executing automated test scripts using Playwright or similar frameworks. • Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting. • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration. • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
