Job Description

About Position:

We are looking for Salesforce QA Automation Lead Sales Cloud.

Role: Salesforce QA Automation Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 to 12 years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

8+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for experience using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms.
Proven expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Sales Cloud module.
Basic Salesforce Admin Skills - Must Have
Profile / permission set / Role Understanding - Must Have
Page layout / Record type - Must Have
Sales process understanding
Lead generation - understands and have tested the flow - Must Have
Lead conversion - Must Have

Expertise You'll Bring:

Opportunity stages and closure - relation between accounts / Contact / opportunity - Must Have
Quote - understand how quote is generated, relation with opportunity "Should have understanding - Tested not required"
Product, price book std custom Understanding
Flow / approval rule / validation rule - Must Have
Reports test - Good to have
Territory Knowledge - testing is not required - Knowledge is good to have
Integration testing
Integration testing - downstream and upstream - Must Have
postman experience - any other tool for integration testing - Must Have
SOQL writing for data validation Basic knowledge and should be able to write SOQL
