Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales pipeline, inventory status, collection schedules, and agent performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or MBA or equivalent 3–4+ years of Salesforce development/analyst experience, with preference for real estate industry exposure. Proven expertise in Salesforce platform customization (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL). Experience with real estate process automations (site visit scheduling, payment plans, booking workflows). Strong grasp of system integrations, especially with real estate listing sites, ERP, and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards) for real estate business cases. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) advantageous.
