Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. Job Responsibilities : Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. Partner with developers and architects to define workflows, data models, and automation.
