Job Description

As an experienced Salesforce(OCE) Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and configuring Salesforce using Visualforce, Apex Classes, and Apex Triggers. Your key responsibilities will include developing UI using Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, building and managing integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data security through Salesforce Security settings. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and enhance customer journeys and CRM performance. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Customize and configure Salesforce using Visualforce, Apex Classes, and Apex Triggers - Work with Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Scheduled, Queueable) - Develop UI using Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Build and manage integrations using SOAP and REST APIs - Develop reports and dashboards - Ensure data security and access control through Salesforce Security settings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience working with Salesforce, specifically within IQVIA platforms - Strong knowledge of OCE-P (Personal Sales) or OCE-D - Proven ability to drive and optimize customer engagement and orchestration strategies - Experience delivering customer-facing solutions and managing backend Salesforce processes - Good understanding of OCE Sales object and data model - Configuration experience on OCE platform for minor CRs that do not require IQVIA assistance Additional Company Details: The Sr. Developer role is crucial for driving technical excellence within the Salesforce platform. With a hybrid work model and day shift, the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance data governance practices. This position does not require travel, ensuring focus on delivering impactful solutions.
