Salesforce Lead Developer

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead Developer to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will need a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects with at least 5 years in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC, and Integration. It is essential to have expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications using Force.com capabilities to align with business requirements. You should have experience in Integration projects utilizing REST integration and possess basic knowledge in SOAP. Proficiency in SFDC Development by implementing Apex classes, Triggers, and Async Apex is a must. Additionally, you must have experience in customizing Salesforce applications through Visual Force pages, custom objects, workflows, process builder, tabs, Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, validation rules, and page layouts. Being adept in retrieving techniques like complex SOQL and SOSL is required. Demonstrated project discipline and experience are crucial, as you need to be organized, focused, and committed to meeting established delivery schedules. You should be capable of preparing technical designs for components within a given module based on the requirements. Experience in Agile projects and understanding of scrum practices is preferred. Familiarity with Azure Devops for metadata deployment and using Apex Data Loader in Data Migration Activities is beneficial. Knowledge of General CRM functionalities is expected. Mandatory certifications include Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud. It is desirable to have certifications in Integration Architect and Javascript developer I.
