Job Summary We are seeking a mature and professional Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and office administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must present a positive and welcoming demeanor. In addition to front desk responsibilities, the candidate must be well-versed in maintaining key administrative registers, handling couriers, and should have prior working experience with the Salesforce application. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and manage front desk queries. Maintain and update: Vendor Register Material Inward and Outward Register Courier Register (Inbound and Outbound) Coordinate with internal departments for vendor and material movement. Receive and dispatch couriers; ensure proper logging and communication. Handle general administrative tasks such as stationary inventory, housekeeping coordination, etc. Ensure front office cleanliness and readiness at all times. Use Salesforce to assign case internally. Support admin or HR teams in occasional clerical or event support tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 1- 2 years of relevant experience in front office or administrative roles. Working knowledge of Salesforce (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Mature, well-groomed, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ServiceMax Lead Tester Johnson Controls is searching for a ServiceMax Lead Tester to take charge of testing activities related to the ServiceMax platform and the integration with its related ecosystem components. As a Lead Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceMax implementations, customizations, and integrations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing test plans, and work closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure the highest standards of quality What you will do Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing efforts for ServiceMax implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test data. Mentor and guide a team of testers to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and accuracy of testing processes. Define testing best practices and establish quality metrics for the ServiceMax platform. Continuously improve the testing processes, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and coverage. Keep up to date with the latest ServiceMax and Salesforce features, release notes, and industry best practices. How you will do it Develop comprehensive testing strategies for different testing phases (e.g., functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing). Execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceMax modules, including Work Orders, Entitlements, Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance, and Dispatch Console. Perform end-to-end testing of the ServiceMax lifecycle, from field service requests to post-service billing and customer satisfaction tracking. Conduct system integration testing (SIT) to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceMax and other platforms like Salesforce, ERP systems, and third-party applications. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Quality Center). Work with developers and functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Generate and maintain detailed test reports, highlighting test results, defect trends, and quality metrics. What we look for Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in QA or testing roles, with at least 2–3 years specifically working with ServiceMax or Salesforce applications. Strong knowledge of ServiceMax functionality and business processes in field service management. Experience with testing tools and methodologies, including test case management, defect tracking, and test automation. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning components) and its integration with ServiceMax. Experience in both functional and integration testing. Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Panaya, or similar) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Preferred: ServiceMax Certified Administrator or ServiceMax Certified Advanced Developer. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer I certification. Experience with automated testing for ServiceMax or Salesforce. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
