Participate in and build relationships within the Salesforce community 10. Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionalities, and capabilities. Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure Salesforce settings and customize the platform to meet business requirements. This includes creating and managing custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and customizing user interfaces. 12. Data Management: Proficiency in data management tasks, such as data import/export, data cleansing, data deduplication, and data security. Knowledge of data migration tools and best practices. 13. User Management: Experience in managing user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing settings. Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices for user access and data visibility. 14. Reporting and Dashboards: Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
