Support program/project governance including planning, milestone tracking, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and reporting. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee presentations. Monitor project delivery timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed and drive ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Requirements Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline. Experience: Minimum 6 8 years as a Salesforce BA/Administrator, with at least 2 3 years in a senior/lead role. Exposure to PMO or project governance responsibilities required. Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus).
