You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed requirements that support quoting, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes. Your role will involve working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, and IT teams to ensure smooth end-to-end lifecycle management in SaaS and recurring billing environments. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze, document, and manage business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Subscription Management processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, product, and IT teams to understand and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. - Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to ensure comprehensive coverage of business processes. - Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Maps. - Support design and configuration of Subscription Management and Billing platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management, or similar tools. - Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), ensuring thorough test coverage and timely issue resolution. - Assist in data validation and reconciliation between billing systems and ERP (e.g., Oracle ERP) and commerce platforms (e.g., Cisco Commerce Workspace - CCW). - Monitor and support SaaS and recurring billing lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, cancellations, and revenue recognition compliance. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Q2C cycle. - Provide regular status updates and reports to project managers and senior management. - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
