About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System to join our dynamic and collaborative remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce development along with deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino, particularly in areas such as Loan Origination and Commercial Banking. Required Qualifications - Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - At least 3+ years of experience working with nCino, with a focus on Bank Operating System workflows. - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. - Proven experience with Loan Origination, Commercial Lending, and financial product implementation within nCino. - Experience with integration technologies using REST/SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control. - Skilled in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work independently in a remote, agile team setting.
